These terms apply to the apps and website provided by Stone Mesa Studio, LLC ("Stone Mesa Studio," "we," "us"). By using our apps or website, you agree to them.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt our apps, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Weather and fire information is not for emergencies

Important safety notice Cloudbreak Weather provides forecasts, fire-weather risk, active-fire, and air-quality information drawn from public data sources. This information is provided for general awareness only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It is not a substitute for official warnings. Never rely on Cloudbreak for life-safety or evacuation decisions — always follow guidance from the National Weather Service, local fire authorities, and emergency officials.

Health and fitness disclaimer

InForm Fitness is a tool for logging and tracking exercise. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, and stop if you feel unwell.

Purchases and donations

If an app offers a paid purchase, optional tip, or donation, those transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Any refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

No warranty

Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Mesa Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
