Support

We're a small studio — often the developer answers you directly.

Have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a feature? Fill in the form below and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days.

Send us a message

The more detail you can share — which app, its version, your device, and a screenshot — the faster we can help. We'll reply by email.

Prefer email? Write to directly.

Your message, email, and any screenshot are stored only to answer you — never added to a mailing list, sold, or used for anything else — and are deleted when your ticket is closed, or after six months, whichever comes first. How we handle support messages →

InForm Fitness

An illustrated user guide is on the way as the app nears release.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud turned on, syncs privately across your Apple devices through iCloud. Keeping iCloud enabled is the best way to make sure your history is safe and available on a new device.

My data isn't syncing between devices

Make sure each device is signed in to the same Apple ID and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings. Syncing can take a moment after you make changes.

Cloudbreak Weather

New to Cloudbreak? The user guide walks through every feature, step by step.

Weather isn't showing for my area

Cloudbreak needs location access to show local conditions. Enable it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Cloudbreak, or add a location manually in the app.

How do I connect my own weather station?

Open the My Station tab and tap Add Weather Station (or go to Settings → Weather Stations), choose your provider (Ambient Weather, Tempest, Davis, Netatmo, or PWSWeather), and enter the API key from your provider account. Your key is kept in your device's Keychain and is used only to reach that provider.

How do I turn alerts on or off?

Weather and fire alerts are opt-in. Manage them in the app's notification settings, or in Settings → Notifications → Cloudbreak.

About the fire-weather and smoke data

Fire-weather risk, active-fire, and air-quality information is drawn from public sources (NASA FIRMS, NIFC, the National Weather Service, and AirNow). It is for general awareness only — always follow official guidance from local authorities in an emergency.

Conjunction

A cozy, human-made writing companion for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. See the app page for a tour of what it does.

Where do my journal and diary live?

On your device. If you have iCloud turned on, they sync privately across your own Apple devices through your iCloud — never our servers. Keeping iCloud enabled is the best way to back them up and see them on a new device.

How do I lock my diary?

Turn on the Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode lock for the Diary in the app's settings. The check is handled by your device — Conjunction never sees your biometrics or passcode.

How do Inner Circles work?

An Inner Circle is an invite-only group. You share only the notes, prompts, and entries you choose to post, and your Diary is never shareable. Create a circle and send an invite link to the writers you trust.

Lode Wealth

A local-first personal-wealth app for Mac. See the app page for a tour of what it does.

Does my financial data leave my Mac?

Everything stays on your Mac. If you turn on iCloud backup, it syncs across your own Apple devices through your private iCloud — Apple's infrastructure, never our servers. The only thing sent to a third party is a stock ticker symbol, to fetch a current price — never your balances or any credentials.

How do I get my accounts in?

Import CSV files you download from your bank or brokerage, or drop a file onto the window. Lode maps the columns and remembers how, per institution. The per-institution buttons just open that institution's website in your browser — Lode never logs in for you or stores your credentials.

Prices aren't updating

Lode looks up prices by ticker symbol from a market-data provider, so it needs an internet connection to refresh. The values you've entered still show either way.

Can I password-protect the app?

Yes — enable the app lock in Settings. The password is stored in your Mac's Keychain and never leaves your device.
